This is a highly visible, hands-on role focused on maintaining account health, ensuring policy compliance, mitigating operational risks, and safeguarding revenue streams.

The ideal candidate is a marketplace expert who can independently navigate complex compliance challenges, resolve escalated issues, and implement proactive processes that prevent disruptions to business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Own marketplace account health across Amazon Seller Central and other major platforms, monitoring performance metrics and ensuring accounts remain in excellent standing
  • Investigate and resolve policy violations, account suspensions, listing restrictions, and enforcement actions through appeals, escalations, and reinstatement processes
  • Manage intellectual property disputes, counterfeit complaints, authenticity claims, gray-market sourcing concerns, supplier verification, and brand-related issues
  • Monitor pricing compliance, MAP policies, listing suppressions, product eligibility requirements, and marketplace policy adherence
  • Oversee shipping and fulfillment performance, including late shipment rates, cancellation rates, tracking compliance, FBA/FBM issues, and order defect metrics
  • Monitor customer feedback, product reviews, A-to-Z claims, returns, chargebacks, and customer disputes to minimize account risk
  • Independently manage complex Seller Central and marketplace support cases, escalations, and communications with platform representatives
  • Identify compliance risks before they become account-threatening issues and implement corrective and preventative action plans
  • Maintain organized documentation including invoices, supplier records, authorization letters, sourcing documentation, and compliance records
  • Partner with purchasing, operations, warehouse, fulfillment, and leadership teams to resolve issues and protect marketplace performance

Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and major e-commerce marketplace accounts
  • Proven success resolving account suspensions, policy violations, infringement complaints, listing restrictions, and complex appeals
  • Deep understanding of Amazon marketplace policies, account health metrics, compliance requirements, and seller performance standards
  • Experience managing Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and other third-party marketplace platforms
  • Strong knowledge of intellectual property protection, product authenticity requirements, and supplier documentation standards
  • Exceptional analytical, investigative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize urgent issues, and take full ownership of results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience managing high-level marketplace escalations
  • Proficiency with marketplace reporting tools, performance dashboards, and compliance tracking processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where rapid issue resolution and risk mitigation are critical

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $115,000–$140,000 (depending on experience)
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and influence marketplace strategy
  • Professional growth and advancement opportunities
  • Exposure to large-scale marketplace operations across multiple sales channels
