Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Oversee product ordering, receiving, and stock levels to minimize shortages and waste.

Staffing & Labor Optimization: Manage employee schedules, recruiting, training, and performance to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.

Customer Experience & Sales: Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, maintain high service standards, and increase sales through effective merchandising.

Compliance & Safety: Enforce food safety, sanitation, and security regulations to meet legal and company standards.

Operational Efficiency: Identify, implement, and monitor processes to enhance productivity, acting as the manager on duty to solve problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Leadership & Communication: Lead teams, provide feedback, and communicate company goals effectively.

Problem-Solving: Address issues in real-time on the sales floor.

Analytical Skills: Review sales data and performance metrics to drive decisions.

Qualifications

Associate / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Industry-specific experience (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, retail).
