Lower School Principal

Columbus Torah Academy, an ISACS-accredited K-12 college-preparatory Jewish day school with a dual General and Judaic Studies curriculum, is hiring a Lower School Principal (K-5) for the 2027–2028 school year. Reporting to the Head of School, you'll run the Lower School day to day, lead instruction, recruit and develop staff, help recruit students, and work closely with families.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations, class schedules and room assignments
• Coordinate remediation and enrichment through the CTA Learning Center
• Lead General Studies curriculum development and MAP testing
• Coach, evaluate and develop faculty, and lead faculty meetings and professional development
• Serve as the main contact for K-5 parents on academic issues, working with the Judaics Principal on social and emotional concerns
• Keep student records, report cards and policies in line with Ohio and ISACS standards
• Represent the school in the community and help with admissions tours

Qualifications:
• College degree; graduate degree preferred
• Supervision or management experience
• Excellent speaking and writing
• Comfort with Google Workspace and Microsoft tools
• Jewish day school or independent school experience preferred (training available)
