Case Manager Supervisor

Gulf Coast Jewish Family and Community Services is hiring a Case Manager Supervisor for its Elder Services department in Clearwater. You'll directly supervise the case managers in the Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) program and keep services aligned with funder requirements, while carrying a small caseload yourself.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise CCE case managers day to day, including recruitment, meetings, training and evaluations
• Assign clients and manage client service costs, including one-time-only requests to the funder
• Carry a caseload of up to 30 clients and cover cases as needed, including Adult Protective Services high-risk referrals
• Provide information and referral for support services
• Complete outcome and narrative reports for the funding agency
• Run peer file reviews and quality assurance training to meet Department of Elder Affairs standards

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology or a related field (human services experience may substitute)
• 2 years of case management experience; 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
• Completion of 701b Assessment training and certification
• Knowledge of community resources, plus Word and Excel
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Salary: $57,800
