Clinical Marketing Liaison, RN - Hospice & Home Care

JSSA Hospice is hiring a relationship-focused Registered Nurse to serve as its Clinical Marketing Liaison for hospice and home care. In this highly visible role, you'll build referral relationships and educate hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing and assisted living communities, case managers and community organizations about JSSA's services across Montgomery County and the National Capital Region.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers and community organizations
• Grow awareness and use of JSSA's hospice and home care programs through outreach and education
• Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities
• Serve as a clinical resource and ambassador for JSSA
• Work with intake, admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions of care
• Track referral trends and represent JSSA at community events and professional meetings

Qualifications:
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing
• Current Maryland RN license
• Experience in sales, healthcare marketing, business development or community outreach
• Knowledge of hospice and home care strongly preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary: $100,000

**Schedule:** Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
