Camp Grossman Facilities Manager

JCC Greater Boston is hiring a Facilities Manager for Camp Grossman in Dover. You'll be responsible for the camp's year-round maintenance, safety, facilities operations and seasonal readiness, so the property, buildings, grounds and infrastructure are safe and ready for campers and staff each summer. Reports to JCC Greater Boston's Facilities Director and works with the Camp Grossman Program Director. In the off-season, you'll also give some maintenance support to other JCC properties.

Responsibilities:
• Open, close and maintain the camp's facilities, grounds, equipment and essential systems
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, groundskeeping and event support
• Manage outside contractors, service providers and facilities projects
• Uphold safety, compliance and risk management requirements
• Supervise a seasonal crew of 2–3 maintenance employees during camp
• Provide multi-site maintenance and repair support as assigned

Qualifications:
• High school diploma and 5–10+ years in maintenance, repair or custodial work
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, heavy machinery and auto maintenance preferred
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Outlook, Word, Excel and facilities software
• Strong project management, organization and initiative
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather

Salary: $75,500–$80,000

**Schedule:** May–October, typically 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and on call 24/7, with occasional evening and weekend events. November–April hours follow project and vendor schedules.
