Psychotherapist

Alexander Jewish Family Service (Alexander JFS) in Houston is hiring a full-time Psychotherapist for its growing Behavioral & Mental Health Services team. You'll provide individual and group therapy to children, adults or both, using evidence-informed and trauma-informed approaches in a supportive, mission-driven nonprofit setting. Applicants are welcome to note their preferred population and areas of clinical interest.

Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and/or group psychotherapy to children or adults across a range of mental health needs
• Deliver client-centered, trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
• Use a variety of evidence-informed clinical approaches
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team

Qualifications:
• Active Texas LCSW license
• Strong interest in providing therapy to children, adults or both
• Comfort with individual and/or group therapy
• Commitment to collaboration and professional growth
• Credentialing with major insurance networks is a plus, but not required
