Energy Rebate Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Energy Rebate Manager to oversee the filing, tracking, and successful completion of energy efficiency and utility rebate programs. This role is responsible for ensuring all eligible incentives are identified, submitted accurately, and managed through approval and payment. The Rebate Manager serves as the internal expert on utility and energy incentive programs, supporting project teams, customers, and leadership by providing guidance, maintaining compliance with program requirements, and helping maximize available funding opportunities. This position works closely with operations, project management, sales, finance, and field teams to ensure rebate-related documentation and processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
