Director of Estimating and Project Management

We are seeking an experienced Director of Estimating & Project Management to lead and oversee all aspects of new construction division, from initial estimates through project completion. This role is responsible for managing the estimating process, overseeing active projects, leading a team of Project Managers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations. The Director of Estimating & Project Management serves as the primary point of accountability for the division and collaborates closely with leadership, operations, finance, and project teams to ensure efficient execution, accurate estimating, and continuous process improvement. This is a leadership role requiring strong project management, estimating, team development, and operational oversight skills.
