DRSI Law | DRSI Global – Ramat Gan, Israel

Help Israeli Innovation Go Global!

Behind every ambitious founder is a vision. Behind every successful international expansion is a strategy. And immigration is an essential part of making it happen.

At DRSI Law | DRSI Global, we work alongside some of Israel’s most inspiring technology founders, entrepreneurs, executives and innovative companies, helping them take their businesses, expertise and ambitions across international borders.

We believe immigration law should be an integral part of every founder’s growth journey — not an obstacle. Our mission is to create a smooth, strategic pathway that enables extraordinary people and businesses to succeed internationally.

We are a close-knit, dynamic team of 10 international immigration experts, including U.S., Canadian, Argentinian and British lawyers. We believe in collaboration, innovative thinking, sharing knowledge and having fun while doing meaningful work.

We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and forward-thinking U.S. Business Immigration Specialist to join our growing team.

Your Primary Focus:

L-1A / L-1B | O-1A | EB-1A | EB-1C | EB-2 (including NIW)

Your Responsibilities:

– Prepare sophisticated U.S. business immigration petitions, legal arguments, supporting evidence and responses to USCIS Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
– Manage immigration cases from initial assessment and strategy development through preparation, submission and post-filing follow-up.
– Work directly with Israeli technology founders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, executives and multinational businesses to understand their achievements, corporate structures and international expansion plans.
– Build compelling, evidence-based petitions for individuals with extraordinary ability, multinational executives and managers, and professionals seeking employment-based permanent residence.
– Develop immigration strategies collaboratively with our international team, identifying potential weaknesses and anticipating USCIS concerns.
– Help clients navigate complex immigration requirements while ensuring their immigration strategy supports their wider business objectives.
– Use AI-powered tools and modern legal technology to improve research, drafting, evidence analysis and case preparation.
– Stay informed about USCIS policy changes, adjudication trends and developments in U.S. corporate immigration.
– Build strong client relationships and contribute innovative ideas, practical solutions and professional expertise to the team.

Why Join DRSI?

– Work with some of Israel’s most exciting technology leaders, founders and innovators.
– Become an integral part of their international growth and success stories.
– Collaborate with a supportive, multinational team of immigration experts and lawyers.
– Gain exposure to complex, sophisticated and intellectually challenging immigration cases.
– Work in a forward-thinking environment that embraces AI, technology and innovation.
– Enjoy a collaborative, energetic and fun team culture where your ideas and contributions matter.
– Benefit from a flexible hybrid arrangement: 50% office-based in Ramat Gan and 50% remote.
– Enjoy opportunities for professional development and exposure to international business and immigration strategies.

At DRSI, you’re not simply preparing visa petitions. You’re helping extraordinary people turn international ambitions into reality.
