Position Overview

A growing luxury travel agency specializing in high-end, concierge-level travel services is seeking a highly capable Luxury Travel Advisor to take full ownership of daily booking operations and client servicing.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a sharp, organized, and proactive individual who can manage complex travel arrangements, deliver exceptional client service, and take significant responsibility off the owner’s plate.

The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming travel requests and bookings from initial inquiry through completion.

• Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including business-class flights, luxury travel, and private aviation.

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to high-net-worth clients.

• Proactively troubleshoot booking issues, last-minute changes, and urgent travel needs.

• Take ownership of daily operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistent follow-through.

• Help build and potentially lead a growing travel team.
