Key Responsibilities

Network & Connectivity

Support and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi

Troubleshoot connectivity issues and keep systems running reliably

Hardware Support

Provide hands-on support for hardware across the office

Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and professionally

Audio Systems

Support and manage audio equipment and setups

Apply strong audio knowledge to keep systems working properly

Qualifications

Strong technical background in IT support

Hands-on hardware experience

Strong understanding of audio systems

Experience supporting networks, Wi-Fi, and related infrastructure
