Business Software Manager

Alegria Home Care is a fast-growing home care startup, and we are looking for a Business Software Manager to join our Fair Lawn, NJ office. You will own the software systems that run our business, from our case management and onboarding platform to billing, payroll, scheduling, and reporting tools, and you will help us automate and scale as we grow.

Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure our core business systems, including case management/CRM, scheduling, billing, payroll, and HR platforms
- Lead software implementations, data migrations, and system integrations
- Build reports, dashboards, and automations that save time and improve visibility for leadership
- Train staff on systems and processes, and serve as the go-to person for software questions and troubleshooting
- Manage vendor relationships, licenses, and user access
- Document workflows and keep data accurate, secure, and compliant
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations through better use of technology

Requirements:
- Experience administering business software, such as CRM, ERP, or healthcare/home care platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in spreadsheets and data
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience with integrations, APIs, or automation tools is a plus
- Home care, healthcare, or Medicaid billing systems experience is a plus

What we offer:
- Compensation of $55,000-$65,000 plus a discretionary bonus
