Assistant Director of Maintenance Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Palm Gardens is hiring an Assistant Maintenance Director!

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on professional to join our maintenance leadership team.

Requirements:

Previous maintenance experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or nursing home required.

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.

Familiarity with DOH surveys and Life Safety Code requirements preferred.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
