Property Manager

 We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee
residential buildings in Brooklyn and, at times, in other boroughs. 

  

Responsibilities: 

- Travel to properties throughout Brooklyn and other
boroughs to inspect buildings 

- Meet with tenants and building superintendents to
resolve day-to-day problems 

- Oversee construction and repair work 

- Handle building violations 

- Address rent-related issues 

- Manage other property management matters as they arise 

  

Requirements: 

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
(required) 

- Must have a car and be able to drive to properties in
Brooklyn and other boroughs 

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills 

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple
buildings 

  

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year, depending on
experience
