Provide day-to-day human resources administrative support, including maintaining accurate personnel records, preparing routine documentation, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Deliver general office and administrative support to help ensure efficient daily operations, including answering phones, providing front-desk coverage, managing correspondence, filing, scheduling, and coordinating shared resources.
Manage office inventory and supplies by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, maintaining organized records, and identifying cost-effective purchasing options.
Review budget activity for accuracy, reconcile expenses against approved budgets, and flag discrepancies or emerging concerns for follow-up.
Collaborate with the bookkeeper to maintain current budget records, organize supporting documentation, and assist with routine financial reporting and expense tracking.
Support special projects and other operational priorities as assigned.
