Debt Collection Caller

This position involves making calls to debtors to discuss their outstanding account.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in Debt collection.

Candidates must be comfortable doing outbound calls for an extended period of time.

Our approach to debt collection is an empathetic one rather than an aggressive one, scripts and training are provided.

 

Strong conversation skills.

Ability to process significant amounts of information quickly.
