Gelbsteins Bakery is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced bakery environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
• Process and enter customer orders accurately into QuickBooks.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, availability, and order details.
• Communicate with production departments to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate with packing and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track orders and follow up on pending, delayed, or incomplete orders.
• Follow up with customers regarding order confirmations, changes, and delivery arrangements.
• Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
• Work closely with management and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous customer service or office experience is required.
• Experience with QuickBooks is required; QuickBooks Desktop preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
