Sales Representative / Outbound Caller

Hours: 30 hours per week

Compensation: Base salary plus commission

Location: Work from home or from our office

We’re looking for an organized, personable sales representative with excellent phone skills to help homeowners learn about state incentive programs that may significantly reduce their costs. Many eligible households can benefit, and you’ll help connect them with these opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. Call prospective customers and explain available programs and potential savings.
2. Answer questions and help identify customers who may qualify.
3. Follow up with interested homeowners and schedule appointments.
4. Maintain accurate customer records and track follow-ups.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent phone and communication skills.
2. Strong computer skills and comfort using customer management software.
3. Excellent organization and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and follow through consistently.
5. Availability for evening and weekend outreach, when homeowners are easiest to reach.
