Core Technology is seeking a Technology Business Manager to join its Program Management and Business Management organization. The role will support the group’s broader business-management agenda while playing a meaningful role in major, multi-year infrastructure initiatives. The individual will partner closely with Infrastructure leadership and program leads to help coordinate planning, execution, communications, vendors, and organizational readiness for complex technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to Core Technology leadership to drive business-management priorities, operating cadence, reporting and execution across the organization.
Partner closely with Infrastructure leadership and program leads to support the execution of large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
Support the development and maintenance of migration plans, milestone tracking, readiness materials, executive updates, and cross-functional reporting.
Work closely with technical teams to track infrastructure capacity, hardware, location, vendor, and other operating dependencies where needed.
Help create repeatable operating processes for planning, reporting, financial and vendor coordination, and cross-team delivery.
Coordinate vendor, purchase-order, invoice, contract, and procurement activities across Core Technology and Infrastructure; ensure owners, approvals, timing, and dependencies are clear.
Support quarterly planning, project portfolio reporting, and prioritization across Core Technology.

Qualifications & Requirements

5-7+ years of relevant experience in technology business management, infrastructure or technology program management, PMO, technology strategy/operations, or a related role.
Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted business and execution partner to senior technology leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong program-management fundamentals, including workplan development, dependency tracking, action management, risk escalation, and stakeholder coordination.
Comfortable working with technical teams and engaging credibly on infrastructure, cloud, platform, hardware, and engineering-delivery topics without needing to be the technical architect.
Experience supporting vendor management, procurement workflows, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and/or budget-related operational processes.
Ability to synthesize complex work into concise leadership updates, decision materials, dashboards, and presentations.
Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, project-management tools, enterprise systems, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
Clear, direct written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business-management, engineering, finance, procurement, and leadership stakeholders.
