The ideal candidate is a versatile designer who is comfortable working across both digital and print, follows established brand standards, and brings fresh ideas to improve creative performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design digital marketing assets, including email campaigns, paid media graphics, social media content, and website hero images.
Create website, landing page, and direct-to-consumer assets, including variations for A/B testing.
Develop Amazon, marketplace, distributor, and partner-channel assets, including enhanced product content and listing imagery.
Support product launches by creating cohesive creative across multiple channels.
Design sales sheets, packaging, catalogs, brochures, and other print materials.
Create trade show graphics, booth materials, and event-related assets.
Use established templates, Figma component libraries, and design systems to produce high-volume, brand-consistent creative efficiently.
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, licensed-brand requirements, and technical file specifications.
Manage creative requests submitted through Jira and collaborate with the Creative Services team to ensure assets are completed, approved, and uploaded to Canto.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while incorporating feedback and maintaining a high standard of quality.
AI-Assisted Design

AI experience is preferred and should be used to supplement—not replace—strong traditional design skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable exploring AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining brand quality and creative standards.

Experience may include:

Photoshop Generative Fill, Adobe Firefly, or comparable AI-assisted design tools.
Image extension, background replacement, resizing, and creative variation development.
Evaluating AI-generated results and determining when traditional design techniques are needed.
Independently exploring new tools and identifying ways to improve creative workflows.

Required Qualifications

At least three years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house or agency environment.
Experience in e-commerce, consumer products, retail, or a related industry is preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
Experience creating both digital and print materials.
Working knowledge of file specifications, resolution, color, and production requirements.
Strong skills in layout, typography, color, composition, and visual communication.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and incorporate feedback.
A professional portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design work is required. Applications without portfolio examples will not be considered.
