Vice President of Operations

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced VP of Operations to oversee multi-site clinic operations, improve performance, manage budgets, develop teams, and support expansion.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on healthcare leader with strong operational, financial, and team management skills and experience improving workflows and managing multiple outpatient locations.

Requirements: 5+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience, including multi-site outpatient management. Knowledge of patient intake, insurance authorizations, scheduling, budgeting, and team development is required. Regular travel is required.
