Chief Operating Officer (COO)

A growing wholesale distribution company is seeking an experienced COO to oversee daily operations, lead multiple branches and department heads, improve profitability, optimize inventory, and drive operational efficiency and e-commerce growth.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on executive with strong leadership, financial management, and operational skills, experienced in managing multi-location distribution businesses, driving accountability, and improving company-wide performance.

Requirements: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, a wholesale or industrial distribution background, P&L responsibility, and experience managing multiple locations and department leaders. Knowledge of inventory management, KPIs, ERP systems, and operational improvement is essential.
