Director of Operations

Run the office side of a very large tile and stone installation company serving about 100 general contractors and developers across New York. You will own every office team: estimating and proposals, procurement and submittals, office administration (AR, AP, insurance, payroll), and HR. You will build each team's SOPs together with the founder, keep bids on time, keep material ahead of schedule, and run weekly subcontractor payments. Requires 5+ years running operations or the office of a subcontractor or general contractor, and managing a team of 5 or more. Tile, stone, or interior finishes experience is a plus.
