Order Fulfillment Manager

A growing food business is seeking an organized, outgoing, and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Manager to oversee daily order processing and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include reviewing incoming orders, coordinating order routing and timely completion, resolving order-related questions with customers and customer service teams, overseeing inventory and purchasing, managing product labels and operational paperwork, monitoring orders through shipping, closing the store on scheduled days, and assisting at the register as needed.

Ideal Candidate: A proactive, resourceful, and organized professional with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Food-service or management experience is a plus but not required. A willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.
