Fundraising Operations Coordinator

Brothers in Yoga is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Fundraising Operations Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and update donor records, track communications and follow-ups, manage donor acknowledgments, thank-you letters, and donation receipts.
* Conduct proactive outreach, manage correspondence, and coordinate fundraising meetings with donors, foundations, and corporate partners in Israel and internationally.
* Research prospective donors and foundations, prepare donor profiles, briefing documents, presentations, and background materials.
* Identify relevant grant opportunities and calls for proposals, coordinate applications, and ensure timely submissions.
* Prepare donor updates and impact reports, monitor deadlines, and track fundraising activities and action items.

Job requirements

– Previous experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or a similar role.
– Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
– Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and digital productivity tools.
– Experience with CRM systems, particularly Monday.com – an advantage.
– Previous experience in fundraising, donor relations, foundations, or the nonprofit sector – a strong advantage.
