Job description
About the Role
As the Members Team Manager at Vurvey, you will lead and scale the core team responsible for nurturing, engaging, and growing our global member community. You will serve as the strategic bridge between enterprise clients seeking human insights and the diverse community of creators, consumers, and experts who power our platform. In this high-impact leadership role, you will define community engagement strategies, optimize member recruitment and retention pipelines, and drive operational excellence across all member-facing touchpoints.
Operating in an AI-first environment, you will leverage generative AI tools and automated workflows to personalize member interactions, streamline onboarding, and maximize participant responsiveness. You will partner closely with Product, Customer Success, and Data Strategy teams to ensure member feedback directly shapes our platform roadmap while maintaining high quality, reliability, and scale across our human-in-the-loop AI capabilities.
What you'll do:
Lead Community Strategy: Direct the overarching strategy for member recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention across global creator and panel networks.
Optimize Operational Workflows: Design and implement scalable operational processes for member incentives, panel health monitoring, and activity scheduling using automated and AI-driven tools.
Drive AI Integration: Deploy custom AI agents and generative workflows to automate routine member communications, enrich participant profiling data, and personalize member journeys.
Manage Team Performance: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of community managers and member operations specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams to align member panel availability and capabilities with enterprise client research timelines.
Monitor Community Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on member satisfaction, panel responsiveness, retention rates, and data collection quality.
What you'll bring:
5+ years of experience leading member operations, community management, or research panel teams within a fast-paced technology startup or SaaS environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems, community management software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or modern community platforms), and data analytics tools.
High AI fluency, including practical experience leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, and automated workflow builders to elevate team output and interaction quality.
Proficiency with project management systems, version control, and operational tools such as Notion, Asana, Jira, or linear workflow software.
Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, strong empathetic leadership, and a proven bias for action in dynamic, high-growth settings..
