We are seeking a driven, motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive candidate to join our team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management, processing, and servicing of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our policyholders while ensuring that all administrative operations remain efficient and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial insurance accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, and audits.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of new business applications.
• Maintain precise, up-to-date client files and documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for policyholders, delivering superior service and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
• Conduct risk analysis and serve as a dedicated advocate for our clients.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within a professional environment is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in computers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in complex problem-solving and professional client advocacy.
