Digital Fundraising Associate

Jews For Racial & Economic Justice (JFREJ) is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Digital Fundraising Associate to lead its digital fundraising email campaigns during a six- to eight-week engagement. The Associate will own fundraising emails for a 10-day membership drive and a two-week year-end grassroots campaign, and will help draft the year-end impact report. This is a hands-on role for a strong fundraising writer who can work independently on tight timelines.

Responsibilities:
• Draft compelling fundraising emails and email sequences with clear calls to action
• Own end-to-end production: drafting, editing, programming, testing, scheduling and sending
• Program emails in the email platform, checking links, donation forms, formatting and personalization
• Coordinate with the team on content and approvals, and keep an email production calendar
• Help turn accomplishments, stories and data into the year-end impact report

Qualifications:
• Experience in digital fundraising, nonprofit communications, political fundraising or advocacy
• Excellent writing and editing, with a track record of persuasive appeals
• Experience programming and sending emails through an email marketing or fundraising platform
• Strong attention to detail and project management

**Schedule:** Part-time (20 hours/week), temporary and remote. Reports to the Development Director.

**Pay:** $40/hour
