Public Records & Due Diligence Specialist

Corporate Services Firm seeking experienced Public Records & Due Diligence Specialist to conduct UCC and public records searches, title searches, and lien, judgment, litigation, and bankruptcy research. Must have 2–4+ years of relevant experience in UCC research, title insurance, paralegal support, or corporate due diligence, with familiarity navigating state, county, and federal databases. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage high-volume research under tight deadlines
