MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases.

Integrate frontend components with backend services and third-party APIs.

Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code.

Troubleshoot bugs and optimize application performance.

Implement authentication, authorization, and web security best practices.

Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and cross-functional development teams.

Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Required Skills
Frontend: React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

Backend: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs.

Database: MongoDB, database modeling, and query optimization.

Tools: Git, GitHub, npm, and debugging tools.

Additional Skills: Responsive design, authentication, API integration, and web security.

Preferred: TypeScript, Redux, Next.js, Docker, AWS, or Azure.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2–8 years of relevant full-stack development experience.

Experience building and deploying production-ready web applications.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
