About the Opportunity

A growing luxury concierge travel agency is looking for a polished, intuitive, and highly organized professional to take ownership of its client sales and booking process.

The agency specializes in providing personalized travel experiences, with a hands-on approach to understanding each client’s needs, planning the right trip, and ensuring every detail is handled seamlessly.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong sales instincts, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

The position will initially work alongside the agency’s principal advisor, with the potential to grow into overseeing the entire bookings department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming client inquiries from initial conversation through confirmed bookings and execution.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their preferences, travel needs, expectations, and budgets.

  • Research and recommend personalized travel options.

  • Create customized itineraries, prepare quotes, and present options to clients.

  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through strong communication, follow-up, and sales skills.

  • Handle reservations, ticketing, and coordination of travel arrangements.

  • Ensure accuracy across itineraries, pricing, reservations, and client communications.

  • Manage multiple client requests and bookings simultaneously.

  • Proactively communicate with clients and handle changes, special requests, and unexpected issues.

  • Work closely with the principal advisor to learn the business and improve booking processes.

  • Take increasing ownership of the bookings operation as the role develops.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client-facing sales, account management, hospitality, concierge services, or another high-touch customer service environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Polished, personable, and intuitive, with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional follow-through.

  • Strong sales instincts and ability to confidently guide clients through decisions.

  • Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.

  • Strong judgment and ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes.

  • Travel industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Growth Opportunity

The successful candidate will initially work closely with an experienced principal advisor, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and potentially lead the agency’s entire bookings department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong client service, sales ability, and attention to detail.
