Intake and Assignment Therapist (Remote, 30+ Hours/Week)

Crown Counseling is a growing outpatient mental health practice in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. We're looking for a warm, organized Intake and Assignment Therapist.

Position details:

• 30+ hours per week

• Fully remote position

• $65–$75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical intake sessions with new clients

• Complete intake assessments and documentation in our EHR

• Assign clients to the therapist best suited to their needs

• Collaborate with the intake and assignment team on client placement

• Attend weekly intake team meetings
