Trainer (Volunteer)

About You
You’re comfortable with technology and enjoy learning new tools. You can explain things clearly and step by step, and you stay patient with people who are learning something unfamiliar. You care about helping national organisations and teachers spend less time on admin and more time teaching. You’re also organised enough to manage your own schedule and keep commitments to the countries you support.

Responsibilities
Complete the volunteer training module for your chosen area, plus a few additional sessions with the central team (about 5 hours in total).
Become familiar with the tools for your area, such as the Prismic Content Manager, the Teacher Admin Dashboard or the Reports Dashboard.
Offer regular open support times through the scheduling tool, at a rhythm that suits you.
Run support sessions, ideally in small groups, for countries that have finished the relevant online course.
Help participants understand the key points, use the tools confidently, and complete their rollout steps on time.
Pass recurring questions or issues back to the central team, so that solutions found in one country can be shared with others.

Skills and Requirements
Comfortable using and learning technical tools
Able to explain processes clearly, step by step
Patient and encouraging with people who are new to a system
Self-directed and reliable in managing your own schedule
Able to commit a few hours a week during your area’s rollout stage
Familiarity with the TM organisation, national offices or teacher administration is helpful
