Digital Marketing Specialist
About the Role
Fabuwood is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own and execute the company's digital marketing programs across CRM and email, paid media and other digital channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy, execution, coordination, and analysis. The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage day-to-day CRM and email activity, oversee paid advertising, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and continuously improve performance across the digital customer journey.
The role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and owns the respective digital marketing metrics on Fabuwood's scorecard. Success requires strong follow-through, reliable reporting, and the ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations and next steps.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Email Marketing
- Own the day-to-day management and execution of Fabuwood's CRM and email marketing program in HubSpot.
- Plan, build, test, schedule, and deploy email campaigns, including newsletters, product communications, promotions, event follow-up, onboarding, nurture, and re-engagement programs.
- Manage audience segmentation, lists, workflows, automation, personalization, lead routing, and lifecycle stages to ensure communications are relevant and timely.
- Monitor deliverability, engagement, conversions, list health, and campaign performance; use testing and analysis to continuously improve results.
Paid Media
- Lead the day-to-day management and oversight of paid digital media, whether executed internally or through agency and vendor partners.
- Support campaign strategy, audience targeting, budgets, creative requirements, landing pages, tracking, optimization, and reporting across channels such as Google, Meta, YouTube, display, and other relevant platforms.
- Review performance regularly and make recommendations to improve efficiency, lead quality, conversion, and return on marketing investment.
Metrics, Scorecard & Optimization
- Own the digital marketing metrics on Fabuwood's scorecard, including the accuracy, timeliness, definitions, targets, and reporting cadence for each assigned metric.
- Maintain dashboards and recurring reports covering accountable activity.
- Analyze performance by audience, campaign, channel, and funnel stage to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and action plans for the Digital Marketing Manager and broader marketing team.
- Work with internal stakeholders and partners to improve tracking, attribution, data quality, and reporting consistency.
Planning & Cross-Functional Execution
- Develop digital channel plans that support product launches, dealer initiatives, A+D programs, events, brand campaigns, and lead-generation goals.
- Manage digital marketing timelines, priorities, budgets, vendors, and deliverables, escalating risks or performance concerns when needed.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, project management, sales, IT, and other teams to keep campaigns aligned and moving forward.
- Stay current on platform changes, digital best practices, privacy requirements, and emerging opportunities relevant to Fabuwood's audiences.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience across CRM/email, paid media, analytics, or related channels.
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform, including email creation, segmentation, workflows, reporting, and database management.
- Experience managing or overseeing paid media campaigns and interpreting performance across major advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain scorecard metrics, build clear reports, identify meaningful insights, and recommend next steps.
- Understanding of campaign tracking, conversion measurement, attribution, audience segmentation, and funnel performance.
- Excellent project-management, organizational, and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain performance clearly to both marketing and non-marketing stakeholders.
- A proactive, accountable mindset with strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, and social media management or reporting tools.
- Familiarity with lead nurturing, A/B testing, and marketing attribution.
- Experience working with agencies, media partners, freelancers, or other outside vendors.
- Experience in cabinetry, building products, home improvement, manufacturing, or a dealer-based business model is a plus.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means Fabuwood's digital marketing programs are well planned, consistently executed, and clearly measured. CRM and email campaigns are timely and targeted, paid media are actively managed, digital projects move forward, and performance data is accurate and easy to understand.
The Digital Marketing Manager and broader team can rely on the Digital Marketing Specialist to own the details, surface meaningful insights, recommend improvements, and follow through on the actions needed to strengthen digital performance.
