We are seeking an experienced Marketplace Manager to lead our brand presence across third-party marketplace platforms (similar to HD, Staples, Lowe's, Wayfair and other B2B/retail marketplaces). In this role, you will own our private label brand listings across up to three marketplace accounts — managing content, catalog health, advertising, and promotions. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong organizational skills and marketplace platform expertise. If you thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and enjoy owning end-to-end account performance, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain seller/vendor accounts across multiple marketplace platforms, ensuring accurate, compliant, and optimized listings for the private label brands.
- Own catalog health across all managed marketplaces, including new item setup, pricing accuracy, inventory feeds, and issue resolution.
- Develop and optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images, enhanced modules) tailored to each platform's requirements, while maintaining brand consistency.
- Plan, run, and optimize advertising on each retailer’s ad platform, managing budgets and bids toward ROAS/ACoS targetsTrack performance metrics across all accounts (sales, ad ROI, content health), adjusting strategy based on results.
- Identify growth opportunities across current marketplaces and evaluate potential new marketplace partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing to align marketplace strategy with company goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience managing marketplace accounts (B2B/retail marketplaces), ideally across multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of marketplace content optimization, catalog management, and platform-specific merchandising.
- Experience managing on-platform advertising, promotions and content (graphics, A+ content, bundles/kits), with a solid grasp of ROI analysis.
- Strong SKU, catalog, and inventory management skills, and comfort with a catalog of 500+ SKUs
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands and accounts concurrently.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and marketplace seller/vendor portals and dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience liaising with marketplace reps and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in medical furniture/equipment or B2B durable goods is a plus, not required.
Join a growing team where your expertise will shape our presence across major B2B and retail marketplaces. We offer ongoing professional development and a collaborative environment focused on e-commerce growth across the our brands to lead our team toward success!
