Video Editor & Social Media Manager

Overview:*

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Social Media Manager to manage video content for It's Good To Know. This role will edit long-form classes and create engaging short-form content for social media.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Video Editing:* Edit full-length classes, lectures, and events for YouTube and other platforms

- *Shorts Creation:* Create short, engaging clips / Reels / Shorts / TikToks from long-form content

- *Social Media Management:* Manage and post content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and WhatsApp Status

- *Content Planning:* Help plan posting schedule, write captions, titles, and hashtags

- *Branding & Consistency:* Ensure all content aligns with the branding

- *Organization:* Maintain and organize raw footage and edited files

*Qualifications & Skills:*

- Experience with video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)

- Understanding of short-form content and what performs on social media

- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and clean subtitles

- Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines

- Familiarity with Jewish content / IGTK style is a plus
