Position Details
Location: Ruhama & Kfar Aza – a position split between two kindergartens
Position: 60%
Start date: Immediate
Employment period: 12 months
Compensation: Hourly wage
During the summer months, the employee will participate in TALMA’s Summer Program or other educational and organizational activities, according to the organization’s needs.
What You’ll Do
Lead engaging, age-appropriate English activities for young children.
Plan activities with the kindergarten team and integrate English into the daily routine and curriculum.
Adapt activities to the children’s educational, social, and emotional needs.
Participate in TALMA training, team meetings, and professional support.
Work collaboratively with the kindergarten staff and TALMA’s professional team.
What We’re Looking For
Fluent English.
Experience working with children.
Ability to lead engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Responsibility, flexibility, independence, and initiative.
Access to a vehicle is required for the combined Ruhama & Kfar Aza position.
An advantage: Experience teaching English in early childhood or informal education, relevant educational background, or experience teaching through music, art, movement, or games.
