A healthcare company is hiring a New Family Coordinator to own the first conversation every new family has with the organization, from introducing services and gathering intake documentation to handing each family off to the right case manager. This role is the front line of the intake process: it answers early questions, guides families through paperwork, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between first contact and case manager assignment. It calls for someone organized, patient, and warm with people, who can work independently while keeping families informed at every step.

- Match families with the right case manager based on their needs
Support & Communication
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with families throughout onboarding

- Provide excellent customer service and address concerns that arise during the transition
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with families
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathy and patience with families going through the intake process
- Previous experience in customer service or case management is a plus, but not required
