Project Manager

About the Role – We are looking for a motivated and experienced Part-Time Project Manager to lead an AI project for an East Coast-based customer in the USA. The Project Manager will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication, smooth project execution, successful user adoption, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between business users, customers, and technical teams.
Understand business requirements and translate them into clear requirements and priorities for the technical team.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Showcase and communicate the business value of the AI product being developed.
Ensure business users understand the product and can use it effectively.
Gather user feedback and communicate improvement opportunities to the technical team.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate meetings between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Support product adoption and successful implementation with business users.
Required Qualifications3–4 years of experience in Project Management.
Experience managing technology, software, digital transformation, data, or AI-related projects.
Strong experience working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and business-friendly manner.
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience working with US-based customers is preferred.
