Judaica Place is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional to join our expanding Ecommerce Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play an important role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring an efficient, seamless workflow.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders with vendors

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Dependable, responsible, and committed to maintaining high standards of work
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Basic computer proficiency; additional technical skills are an advantage
