Full-Time Claims Specialist – Haim ABA (In-Office, Brooklyn)

Haim ABA is hiring a full-time, in-office Claims Specialist in Brooklyn. This is not a remote position.

What you'll do:

- Track insurance claims

- Follow up on denied, rejected and unpaid claims

- Post payments and read EOBs and ERAs

- Call insurance companies to resolve claim issues

- Keep accurate records and report on claim status

What we're looking for:

- Experience with medical billing or insurance claims is preferred (ABA or behavioral health is a plus)

- Organized, detail-oriented, and follows through

- Comfortable on the phone with insurance companies

- Good with computers and Excel

Details:

- Pay: $22-$34 an hour, depending on experience. For an exceptional candidate with strong claims experience, we're open to paying more.

- Location: In-office, full-time, Brooklyn (14th Ave, Boro Park)

- Hours: Monday-Thursday 9 AM-5 PM, Friday 9 AM-12:30 PM
