Develop and implement efficient workflows, systems, and processes to strengthen organisational effectiveness and support sustainable growth.
Lead regular team coordination, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and mission-driven work environment.
Support staff and volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and training as needed.
Development & Fundraising
Support the Rabbi and leadership team in planning and executing fundraising initiatives and maintaining strong donor relationships.
Manage donor engagement systems, including stewardship, communication, tracking, and follow-up.
Coordinate annual fundraising campaigns, sponsorship initiatives, and donor outreach efforts.

Operations & Administration
Oversee organizational operations, including facilities, vendors, technology, purchasing, and general administration.
Manage operational planning, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure the Community Coordinator and other team members have the tools, priorities, and support needed to succeed.
Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve processes, and increase organizational efficiency.
Oversee the successful execution of community programs, events, and organizational initiatives, ensuring that responsibilities and timelines are clearly defined and followed.
Community & Program Support
Partner with the team to ensure a consistent, welcoming, and high-quality experience for community members and visitors.
Provide strategic and operational oversight and support for major programs, events, and community initiatives.
Evaluate programme effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to strengthen community engagement and impact.

Qualifications:
3–5+ years of experience in operations, nonprofit management, organisational leadership, project management, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage people, projects, and organisational systems in a dynamic environment.
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, volunteers, donors, and community members.

Experience with fundraising, donor engagement, or nonprofit development is an advantage.
Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital tools. Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, and AI tools is an advantage.
