Imagine building an AI agent that picks up the phone at 9pm, answers a parent's questions, and gets their intake started before anyone on our team has had their morning coffee.

Who We Are

Our company supplies in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. We've grown fast. Really fast. And with a much larger parent organization behind us, we're not slowing down.

Our operations already run on HubSpot. The workflows exist. The processes are defined. The vision is clear. What we need now is the person who can take all of it to the next level and make the technology actually work.

What You'll Actually Build

• AI voice assistants and virtual agents for our intake and recruiting departments, using Retell AI, Bland AI, or whatever gets the job done best
• Salesmsg automated texting wired into HubSpot, so the right message goes out the moment something changes
• New automations and integrations built from processes our team has already defined, so you're building, not guessing
• Connections between systems using APIs, webhooks, integration tools, and basic coding when needed
• Updates, fixes, and improvements to the HubSpot workflows we already have running
• Testing and monitoring so everything keeps working after launch day, not just on it

What This Job Is NOT

It's not a software engineering role building complex applications from scratch.

It's not a role where you need to already be an expert in every platform.

And it's not a role where your ideas sit in someone's inbox for six months.

Who You Are

You've built automations, integrations, or AI assistants, whether in HubSpot or somewhere else. You can read API documentation without breaking into a cold sweat. You learn fast, you care about the details, and when something breaks, you need to know why.

HubSpot and Salesmsg experience? A big plus.
