Takeoff & Estimating Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Takeoff & Estimating Specialist to review project plans, calculate material quantities, prepare cost estimates, and support the team in preparing accurate and competitive bids.

Responsibilities

Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.

Perform quantity takeoffs and calculate material requirements.

Prepare cost estimates for labor, materials, and project scope.

Assist with bid preparation and pricing.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to obtain pricing and clarify project details.

Maintain organized estimating records and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

Previous takeoff or estimating experience is a strong plus.

Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints.

Strong mathematical, organizational, and computer skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Quick learner with a strong work ethic.
