Job description

Why This Role

The pediatric mental health crisis is real, and the families we will serve in New York are counting on us to get this right. This role puts you at the center of that work. You’ll deliver evidence-based therapy to kids and teens across some of the most complex and meaningful clinical presentations in the field, within a practice that is driven by data, accountability, and genuine care for outcomes. Brightline’s results speak to that commitment: the majority of kids and teens in our care show measurable improvement in anxiety, depression, overall functioning, and parents report significant reductions in caregiver strain.

What makes Brightline different is how we work: our clinicians practice within a multidisciplinary team alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and care coordinators, and benefit from the peer consultation, supervision infrastructure, and professional development that isolated private practice rarely offers. Care is kept under one roof, with internal referrals meaning families don’t fall through the cracks between providers. And our approach is genuinely inclusive: clinicians are trained to provide LGBTQ+ and BIPOC families the identity-centered care they need and deserve.

Why Apply Now

Help build it: Join the founding team and shape the workflows, programs, and culture of a new care center.

Explore with no pressure: Think of the interviews as a chance to get to know each other. Neither side commits to anything until there is an offer on the table.

Early access: If a center opens near you, you’ll be among the first we consider, before the role goes public.

Timeline: By the end of the year, we’ll share which locations are moving forward and follow up with every candidate, with start dates anticipated for spring 2027.
