PEP BOYS – Automotive Tire Technicians ($800 New Hire Bonus)

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You'll receive hands-on training while learning valuable automotive skills and earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.

Responsibilities include:

Installing new tires and wheels
Rotating and balancing tires
Performing flat repairs and other tire services
Following established safety and service procedures
Helping meet customer-promised delivery times
Providing high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team
In addition to your guaranteed hourly rate, you'll have the opportunity to earn weekly incentive compensation based on the services you perform.
