We’re seeking a detail-oriented M&A Analyst to support acquisitions, financial reporting, and transaction coordination for a growing healthcare organization.

📋 Responsibilities

* Manage portfolio sales and acquisitions.
* Communicate with landlords, lenders, brokers, and attorneys.
* Maintain landlord reporting systems.
* Support audits and tax preparation.
* Coordinate with the legal team throughout transactions.

✅ Requirements

* Experience with healthcare acquisitions valued at $10M+.
* Experience preparing and reviewing due diligence with brokers.
* Experience with data collection and financial reporting.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
