Optometrist (OD): Per Diem, Part-Time or Full-Time — Rambam Care, Kiryas Joel / Monroe, NY

ParCare Community Health Network is hiring a licensed Optometrist for our Rambam Care center in Kiryas Joel (Monroe, NY 10950). We need someone who can start right away. Per-diem, part-time and full-time are all welcome. What you'll do: - Comprehensive eye exams, refractions and contact lens care for children and adults - Diabetic eye exams, glaucoma and dry-eye management, referrals to ophthalmology - Work alongside our primary care and specialty teams in a busy, family-centered clinic Requirements: - OD degree and current New York State optometry license (TPA preferred) - NPI; NY Medicaid enrollment preferred (we can help you enroll) - New grads welcome A plus: - Yiddish speaking, or familiarity with the Hasidic community - Sunday availability We offer: - Competitive per-diem or salary pay - Flexible days - Malpractice coverage - Fully equipped exam lane with support staff - Urgent start.
