$120,000-$200,000/year Lakewood, NJ Job Overview A Lakewood, NJ healthcare company is hiring an appointment scheduling manager. The job includes managing a large and diverse team that answers calls spread out in multiple locations. The role involves reviewing and analyzing reports to break down data and working with the IT team to build systems and reports that can be analyzed easily. Responsibilities Manage a team of at least 10 employees Review and analyze reports Collaborate with the IT team Utilize AI tools for analysis Qualifications Experience managing a direct team Experience in the healthcare field is a huge plus Experience analyzing and reviewing reports Benefits PTO Holiday/vacation pay Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
